Did the Nazis design, build and possibly operate a fleet of disc-shaped aircraft during WW2? Numerous authors, commentators and websites claim that was the case, but where does the truth lie? In this multi-part documentary, Graeme Rendall (the author of the critically acclaimed book "UFOs Before Roswell") examines the claims and counter claims involved. Links to alleged pre-war and wartime Italian events are discussed, together with WW2 sightings of disc-shaped machines in Germany and Nazi-controlled Eastern Europe. The initial stories featured in the newspapers by people who claimed to be wartime saucer designers are also featured.
