Bitesized UFOs #028: UFO over SAC airbase, March 1953
In March 1953, a UFO was seen - and possibly picked up on radar - in the vicinity of a SAC forward operating location in French Morocco. A USAF transport aircraft crew watched a strange light flying near the airfield, appearing to land short of the runway. Ground searches of the area failed to find anything. The case was officially evaluated as a French C-54 aircraft - despite this machine landing before the light touched down itself.
