7th UFO Day of Christmas - Ramey AFB, 31st December 1952
72 years ago today, the crew of an RB-36 based at Ramey AFB, Puerto Rico, encountered a strange reddish orange "ball of fire" that passed over the wing of their aircraft and then climbed away, disappearing from view. Classed as a meteor by Project Blue Book, the third official USAF UFO investigation program, the object behaved rather un-meteor like.
