He has a rich background in research and development, specifically in laboratory operations, having retired as a Laboratory Project Engineer at Underwriters Laboratories LLC. He provided training, designed specialized test equipment, and supported laboratory operations for the HiTech industry. Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Video Service Technician at Circuit City from 1995 to 1998, focusing on audio and video product repair and customer service. John holds a Master of Education in Career and Technical Education from Concordia University-Portland and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of the State of NY. He's involved in organizations like ACTE and IEEE.
